I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years.

Asthma certainly interfered with my childhood but after a year at karate my symptoms seemed to disappear.

My dad developed heart disease but wasn’t really given much support so a career in fitness and health became a must for me.

My passion to remove the barriers to health and fitness information is as strong now as it was when I started. Please come on this ride with us.
