I love opening people’s eyes to the power of food and how it can support health. After years of working in a high paced environment I developed chronic health issues and was offered long term medication. I wanted a natural solution and it amazed me that the answer was simply changing my diet and learning stress management techniques. I was so in awe of the improvement in my quality of life that I changed my career. I now support people with personalised food and lifestyle plans that relieve them from chronic health issues.
