My name is Chris Kelly. I have worked within the sports and fitness environment for many years and I am a Level 1 Gym Instructor and Level 2 Fitness Instructor.
I designed and set up circuit training locally and ran this for several years. This was massively successful and was a great platform for me to progress to the training I do now which heavily involves body weight, strength training and callisthenics.
I pride myself on being able to make fitness fun and accessible for all abilities and have a proven track record for my clients getting results. I am a great believer that no fancy gyms are required to get in shape. I get a buzz out of seeing goals and targets being exceeded by people I coach.
For me personally I have trained myself for over 20 years. It’s just a way of life for me. When I’m not training my other interests are walking my 2 dogs, holidays and watching football.
